Emletra (Lopinavir 200mg & Ritonavir 50mg) Tablet is a combination of antiretrovirals medicines. It is prescribed to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. The most common side effects of this medicine are diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and increased blood fat levels (hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia). If you miss a dose of Emletra Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
